Madern offers custom made solutions with single source responsibility.

Every manufacturer in the packaging industry has its own specific requirements. The liquid packaging industry is an excellent example for this. The type of board used for liquid cartons has complete different specifications and behaviour as the board for typical folding cartons.

Thanks to many years of experience, Madern developed a complete range of special cutting, creasing and punching tools for liquid cartons. Special cutting and creasing tools with sliding segments are used for the production of "gable-top" cartons, allowing the production of different volumes of cartons with one tool.

Together with Evers International, acquired by Madern in 2005, we supply the vast majority of liquid carton producers with our rotary tools and die-cutter solutions.

Also a special feature station, which is positioned before the rotary die-cutter enables to integrate special features, such as half-cuts for strawholes or openings for screwcaps in a simple and economic way in different designs and sizes of cartons.
